The “grey-move” approach relies on reducing the profile of customers as they travel in pursuit of their primary commercial objectives.

Eschewing the “sirens, weaving and flashing lights” approach, we prefer instead to adopt calmer, more controlled driving techniques that reassure and pacify customers, many of whom arrive on the continent with preconceived and negative notions of the security conditions.

The company uses only its own specially recruited, vetted and trained drivers and vehicle commanders to manage the journeys. Similarly, we use only robust, high-specification vehicles from our own regularly serviced fleet. In this way we can guarantee the quality, consistency and timeliness of our service delivery.

Armed Response Teams

In order to protect and to manage the client’s risks, G4S is able to provide armed rapid response teams to respond to calls from customers to assist them to overcome a range of risk-related occurrences such as:
